The house is divided 2 separate living areas: Amalia & Saramago, each for 6 people.
Note: There is no living space for 12 people! Also, the pool is not big enough for 12 people.

Amalia: Bedroom with double bed, bathroom, bedroom with double bed and bunk bed + bathroom, lounge with sofa bed, living room, fully equipped kitchen, sitting area and terrace with swimming pool.
Saramago: Bedroom, bathroom, lounge living room, fully equipped kitchen and terrace on ground floor, wheelchair accessible. On the first floor is a bedroom with shower/toilet and terrace.
